A. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Set and own the marketing strategy for the Growth Business, aligned to the growth roadmap and revenue targets across all business lines.
  • Translate business goals into integrated marketing plans spanning brand, performance and demand generation, campaigns, and creative.
  • Own the GB marketing budget across the portfolio, allocating for impact and holding the function to clear return on investment.
  • Serve as the marketing lead within the Growth Business leadership team, bringing marketing insight into business and growth decisions.

B. Brand & Positioning

  • Own and steward the Changemakers and wider Growth Business brand portfolio, ensuring a distinctive, consistent, and cohesive identity across all lines and touchpoints.
  • Set brand and positioning direction for new concepts, programmes, and partnerships.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing, campaigns, and creative.

C. Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Own the demand generation engine across all business lines, driving awareness, enquiry, and enrolment through performance marketing and integrated campaigns.
  • Lead go-to-market and campaign strategy for the portfolio, ensuring brand and performance work as one to build the brand and drive demand.
  • Be accountable for marketing’s contribution to enquiry and enrolment outcomes, working hand in hand with the enrolment teams and, on retention and lifecycle, with BCM.

D. Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and grow the Growth Business marketing team, spanning brand, creative and partnerships, performance marketing, and brand and campaigns.
  • Set team priorities and targets, manage performance, and build individual and collective capability.
  • Coordinate the marketing calendar, resourcing, and delivery across all business lines.
  • Create a high-performing, collaborative culture within a build-phase team.

E. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Brand & Marketing Department (BCM), which owns CRM marketing and the CLV KPI, along with PR, social media content, and website management for GB, ensuring a clean handshake where GB sets brand and campaign direction and BCM amplifies through the channels it holds.
  • Partner with the enrolment leads across CEB, CAE, and SEED, and with business line owners, to align marketing with business needs and conversion goals.
  • Work with internal functions, including IT and Finance, to secure the support and systems the function needs.
  • Manage external agencies, platforms, and partners to extend the team’s capacity and capability.

F. Data, Insight & Optimisation

  • Own marketing analytics, campaign dashboards, and performance reporting for GB’s brand, campaign, and demand generation activity.
  • Use data and insight to optimise brand, campaign, channel, and demand generation performance over time.
  • Work with BCM on the end-to-end funnel view, drawing on the CRM and CLV data BCM holds, and report marketing performance and pipeline to the CGO and Growth Business leadership.

G. Growth & New Business Support

  • Support the marketing of new concepts, programmes, and market entry across segments and new markets.
  • Contribute marketing input into new business, partnership, and M&A opportunities across the Growth portfolio.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ marketing experience with a track record of leading teams and owning brand, demand generation, and campaigns, ideally in a multi-brand or portfolio environment.Proven breadth across brand, demand generation, and digital and performance marketing, with a working understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing to partner effectively with BCM.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to build and develop a small, high-performing team.
  • Experience owning a marketing budget and delivering measurable return on investment.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the willingness to be hands-on in a lean team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across a shared marketing model.
  • Experience within education, services, or family-oriented sectors, and exposure to regional Southeast Asian markets, will be advantageous.
