This role will be managing My First Skool and Little Skool House Curriculum training (excluding MFS & LSH 4-6) programmes as well as publish the weekly Learning DeliverU Circular to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of training updates across MFS, LSH and CAE. In addition, this role will support annual audit preparation works and regulatory submissions - cross-functional collaboration to facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Manage MFS and LSH Curriculum training (excluding MFS & LSH 0-3) programmes
- End-to-end programme management (registration, attendance, record of learning and training evaluation)
- Plan and review annual curriculum training calendar
- Deliver data insights to support EL and MTL in enhancing learning outcomes
Manage and publish the weekly Learning DeliverU Circular to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of training updates across MFS, LSH and CAE
- Consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders to update the MFS and LSH/CAE Learning DeliverU Circulars on a weekly basis
- Develop and implement a new monthly theme for the Learning DeliverU Circular sites to sustain engagement and enhance visual appeal
Support annual audit preparation works and regulatory submissions
- Compile and prepare CPD KPI statistics for MFS and LSH for ECDA submissions
- Initiate the annual data cleansing exercise in collaboration with centres
- Generate and organise reports to support audit sample selection
- Provide documents, templates, and system access to facilitate audit preparation
- Coordinate across functions to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- A good degree from a reputable university with 2 years of experience in Learning & Development operations
- Exposure to vendor management and working with multiple stakeholders
- Some experience in design work (e.g. newsletter)
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- High energy, adaptable, resilient, capable of multitasking and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across internal and external partners
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin
- Able to analyse and deliver data insights and critically evaluate dynamic work situations and propose solutions
- Positive mindset and commitment to excellence, with strong ownership and accountability for assigned initiatives
