This incumbent will engage parents referred for the programs and ensure all documentation are in place for mean test subsidy to determine fee tier. It involves working together with all internal and external stakeholders to streamline the enrolment process before start of program.
Job Description:
- Conduct briefing with parents
- Follow up and to ensure all documentation are in place before the start of programme
- Update SSnet on the dates
- Work with team for all communication and update on parents information
- Refer to external resources when required for social issues
